Here is the 2024 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report for the Marble Hill Subdivision.

This past August, Golden Spike Electric performed some long needed updates to our water system. They updated all the panels and electrical in our pump house and added a remote alarm notification system which immediately notifies board members when there is a pump failure. This has already proved very helpful in giving early/advance notification of potential issues in order to maintain a continuous water supply. They also added base board heaters for cold weather and an outside nightlight. These updates required some down time with our water pumping schedule. We appreciate and thank you for your help in managing your water usage during this down time. This allowed these updates to be completed without running into water supply issues. Thank you!!

The Fire Department receives no funding from your property taxes. you can look at your tax bill and confirm that. I Scott Waldron have fone to the County and confirmed that there as well. The other Water Companys in the area favilitate a $5.00 a month ($60.00 per year) house donation to the fire department. At the February 2023 community meeting of the Water Board. It was discussed the same prposal for Marble Hill and approved it. We feel it is in the best interest of our little community to support the emergency services, FIre and ambulance. These crews are mostly volunteers and $5.00 a month per household is nothing compares to what it would, or will be when a fire district is formed and taxes levied. The post I Scott Waldron put out on FB was to let you know that we awere going to disperse the money to the fire department and to give those who do not want to support the fire department in this way a chance to say no. We then will not send the $60.00 on your behalf and give you a one time credit to your water bill of $60.00. If you are opposed simply call or text Meghan Hunt at 435-282-0017. Thats all it takes, again your monthly bill will not increase because of this. If you are opposed please let Meghan know before December 1st. Thank You Marble Hill Water Co.
